Ideas for activities for fundraising
Always make sure that activites are planned in advance and any permissions
are granted that might be needed and that insurance is taken out where
necessary (eg: bouncy castles require special insurance and lots of supervision)
For all events plan a rota of people who will be expcted to man stalls
or look after areas. Make sure you have enough people to make the event
run smoothly and well.
Ask police and the council for advice in advance. They will be willing
to offer help and advice to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Abseil - sponsered (Lots of the bigger charities run this sort of event
from time to time)
Antiques Fair - you could ask for donations or charge people for holding
stalls
Apple bobbing
Arts/Crafts stall/exhibition/fair ask local crafters for their help!
Auctions - this can be a fun way of raising money.
Auction of promises - get people to offer their services eg I promise
to mow the lawn
Autograph sale, approach celebs for autographs.

Bag groceries - ask at a local supermarket if you can hold a charity

Balloon bursting - put raffle tickets inside balloons and pop them to
